• Independent management and control of sophisticated civil engineering projects
• Coordination and leadership of subcontractors, site teams, and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant construction execution
• Control of construction processes as well as early identification and solution of technical challenges
• Coordination with clients, planners, project managers, and other internal and external contact persons

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in site management in civil engineering
• In-depth knowledge of construction execution and contract management, ideally VOB
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured way of working as well as confident and communicative demeanor
