To strengthen the team, a Senior Site Manager for Structural Work (m/f/d) is sought in Stuttgart, who will be responsible for demanding projects and wishes to actively contribute their experience.

• Independent leadership and control of demanding structural work projects
• Coordination and management of subcontractors as well as involved construction site teams
• Ensuring construction execution according to schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Monitoring construction progress and coordinating individual trades and interfaces
• Close coordination with project management, clients, specialized planners, and other project participants

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, further training as a Technician/Master Craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in site management for structural work or building construction
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical as well as contractual regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured way of working, as well as a confident and communicative demeanor
