Aufgaben

• Steering and leadership of demanding Ingenieurbauprojekte from planning to acceptance
• Coordination of project teams, subcontractors, and external partners
• Satisfaction of deadlines, costs, and quality standards during the project
• Leadership and professional support for site managers, polishers, and project teams
• Use and application of digital project tools like iTWO and modern construction site software
• Synchronization with purchasing, calculation, and preparation
• Steering of retrospectives and economic project topics
• Professional communication with clients, authorities, and project partners
• Documented progress of the project as well as reporting to management

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in Bauingenieurwesen, Engineering or comparable qualification
• Mult-year professional experience (at least ca. 10 years) in the engineering leadership
• Experience in steering larger construction projects or infrastructure projects
• Leadership skills and clear and structured communication
• Knowledge of budgeting, project management, and construction processes
• Self-sufficient, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in digital construction processes and modern construction software
• Driver's license Class B and willingness to work on regional construction sites
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Ideal experience with RIB iTWO or comparable construction software
