To strengthen the team, a Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d) is sought who will take responsibility for demanding large projects and significantly lead them to success.

• You will take on the holistic management of demanding large building construction projects and ensure that complex construction undertakings become successful reference projects
• You will coordinate all project participants – from subcontractors and specialist planners to clients – and ensure a smooth process on the construction site
• You will keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality at all times and, together with your team, develop suitable solutions for challenges during the project lifecycle
• You will conduct construction meetings, oversee construction execution, and serve as the central point of contact for all technical and organizational issues
• You will actively contribute to the optimization of construction processes and bring your experience to bear in implementing projects efficiently and successfully

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in building construction, ideally in managing larger construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction execution, project coordination, and contract law (VOB)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor towards project participants
• Structured, self-reliant way of working and a high degree of responsibility
