The construction company W. Tschirch HWP GmbH was founded as a family business over 30 years ago in Berlin. Our core services primarily include extended shell construction, concrete work, and masonry work of all kinds. In addition to new construction, building in existing structures in the areas of infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction is particularly noteworthy. Our service area extends across Berlin and its surrounding areas.

Are you a construction manager by conviction, but no longer think only in terms of individual construction sites?

Do you see technical solutions, keep an eye on costs and deadlines, and know from experience when a project needs support or a clear decision?

We are looking for someone who knows construction sites from practical experience and thinks economically at the same time.

Perhaps you are currently working as (m/f/d):

• Construction Manager
• Senior Construction Manager
• Project Manager
• Senior Project Manager
• Master Builder
• Technician
• Master Craftsman

The specific title is less important to us than your experience.

You should:

• be able to independently manage construction projects
• have solid knowledge in costing and bid preparation
• keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality equally
• understand economic contexts
• be able to make and represent decisions
• find pragmatic solutions for construction site problems
• communicate confidently with clients and project partners
• enjoy working in a team and value professional exchange

You will actively work in operational construction business and, depending on the project situation, take on your own construction projects or support particularly demanding projects.

In addition, you will be an important technical point of contact within our location.

Your responsibilities include, for example:

• independent management and control of construction projects
• coordination of construction processes, deadlines, and stakeholders
• monitoring of quality and costs
• calculation and verification of bids
• preparation and evaluation of change orders
• economic assessment of ongoing projects
• coordination with clients, planners, and subcontractors
• management of subcontractor services
• support with difficult technical or organizational issues
• coordination within our construction management team
• participation in site capacity and project planning
• close cooperation with management

Your experience will be in demand not only for your own projects.
