Our network of around 200 real estate agencies brings clients and object data directly to you – no cold calling hamster wheel, no document sleep.

We're growing strongly and looking for advisors who want to shape this with us.

Tasks

• You advise clients interested in purchasing a home or refinancing through our partner real estate agencies – from families financing their first home to capital investors structuring their third purchase. Qualified leads land directly at your doorstep.
• You structure cases with our AI tools, prepare bank submissions, and use our platform with over 700 bank partners to build the optimal financing.
• You're the central interface to our partner real estate agencies – you know their clients, objects, and special features often better than anyone else.
• You think with: as a sparring partner for real estate agents, as a feedback provider for our tech team – and someone whose ideas actually belong in our product. Not in the next year's meeting, but now.
• As you gain experience, you can specialize – in specific financing structures, client types, or real estate agency partnerships. Those with ambitions will find space to grow here.

Qualification

You bring experience in home financing:

• Bank training or study, authorization according to §34i GewO available
• Familiarity with common home finance platforms (Europace, eHyp, etc.)
• You want an environment where your expertise scales – not hindered by bureaucracy
