About the Role

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, budgets, and cashflows for a wide range of clients
• Support and mentor junior accountants while building your own leadership skills
• Get involved in advisory projects that add real value to your clients’ businesses
• Spot opportunities for process improvement and client growth
• Work closely with a tight-knit team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins together

About You

• You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a NZ CA firm
• You’re CA qualified (or almost there)
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and know how to build rapport
• You enjoy working collaboratively but are also confident managing your own clients
• You’re ambitious, curious and ready to take the next step in your career
