Whether you’re mentoring juniors, reviewing complex files, or adding strategic value to your clients, this position will see you truly step up in your accounting career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance requirements across a broad client portfolio
• Review and support work from junior and intermediate team members
• Deliver value-add advisory services, including tax planning and business advice
• Maintain and develop client relationships, including onboarding new business

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ BAS experience in a New Zealand public practice firm
• CA qualified (or working towards)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
