About the Role

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, including a mix of premium and smaller clients
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, GST and ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Provide practical accounting support and guidance while managing your workflow independently
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional communication and service
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to uphold the firm’s service standards and contribute to continuous improvement

About You

• 5+ years experience in NZ CA Firm
• CA or CPA qualified
• Confident using Xero and XPM
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
• Be keen to be apart of a forward thinking boutique firm
