Senior BAS Accountant / BAS Manager

About the Role:
You’ll take ownership of workflow management, billing, client relationship management and staff oversight both local and outsourcing. While you’ll lead and support the team, the focus is on providing consulting services and delivering tailored tax planning and structuring advice that adds real value to clients.

You will have:

• ✅ At least 3 years experience within BAS in a NZ public practice firm
• ✅ Your CA qualification or equivalent
• ✅ A proactive mindset and ambition to step into partnership in the near future
• ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
