We are looking for a senior consultant for a modernization project in the subsidized lending sector. The focus is on the functional and regulatory analysis as well as the conception of a modern core banking solution and a Java-based web application for credit processing.

Your tasks

• Analysis and conception of the functional and regulatory requirements in the areas of subsidized lending, back office/operations, and credit, including program loans, grants, guarantees, investments, collateral, payment transactions, credit processing, and credit risk analysis

• Creation of functional and technical concepts, particularly for the integration between SAP and a Java-based web application for credit processing

• Execution of tests for the implemented requirements as well as documentation of test results

• Documentation of the relevant defined processes

• Conducting training sessions and workshops for knowledge transfer to internal employees

• Participation in regular project status meetings every 14 days

Must-have requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant project experience at a credit institution, financial service provider, or securities firm, including experience in documentation, conception, testing, logging, and reporting

• Very good functional knowledge in at least one of the areas of subsidized lending, back office (operations), or credit

• Very good banking-specific knowledge in at least one or more of the areas of subsidized lending systems or subsidized lending portals, granting of subsidized loans including grants, management of subsidized funds and collateral, credit processes, accounting, or reporting

• Very good system technical knowledge of portals for managing subsidized lending business or of Java-based web applications

• Basic knowledge in (partial) project management of small and medium-sized projects
