Senior Backend Developer (m/w/d)

We are building the technological infrastructure for CO2 premiums in electromobility. We are growing rapidly and driving the mobility transition forward with high implementation speed and clear product focus.

Our customers are E vehicle owners in B2C as well as charging point operators and other market participants in B2B. Our platform processes large data volumes, controls regulatory processes, and orchestrates relevant financial flows around CO2 certificates. Fully digital.

Technology is not a support area for us, but value creation. Architecture, performance, and product quality directly decide on growth and market position.

Tasks

• Development of scalable backend services and APIs
• Integration of external services and partner interfaces
• Database design and optimization
• Implementation of business logic for premium calculation and payouts
• Safety net performance optimization and scalability
• Use of AI coding agents for efficient development
• Technical documentation creation and maintenance

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud services and serverless backend design
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Nice-to-have: Experience with payment processing and financial APIs
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge in handling AI coding agents
