Your Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in backend development.
- Solid experience with functional programming and microservices.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Very good experience with git-flow.
- Strong foundation in SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Job Description
Your Mission:
As a Backend Engineer, you will have a key role in developing resilient and scalable payroll integrations. You will directly contribute to the stability and performance of our systems and work in a modern and collaborative technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the entire development cycle: from design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- You will work with third-party APIs, sometimes unpredictable, and develop flexible and reliable integrations.
- You will contribute to an asynchronous environment with event-driven workflows, background jobs, and error recovery mechanisms.
- You will collaborate with product teams, frontend, and external partners to ensure an excellent experience for clients.
- You will constantly optimize performance, observability, and reliability of systems.
