Job description
- Very good knowledge of Java (17/21) and the Spring ecosystem.
- Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
- Experience in using AI tools for process and workflow automation (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Gemini)
- Practical knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
- Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions.
- Awareness of data flow and tasks in extensive systems.
- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
- Good team communication
- Development of a modern recruitment platform of the Talent Acquisition Suite type, supporting the full employee acquisition cycle – from attracting candidates, through selection, to employment and onboarding.
- The platform enables comprehensive candidate management, with particular emphasis on compliance areas and key operational functionalities.
- Strong emphasis on data integration and synchronization of candidate data between systems and seamless information "re-routing" between applications within the platform.
- The project includes both greenfield development of new modules and the expansion and integration of existing solutions.
- The system is developed in a microservice architecture, using asynchronous communication.
- Work within several independent but closely cooperating development teams.
- Possibility of periodic switching between teams depending on current project needs.
- Long-term project focused on stable development and high-quality solutions.
