Aufgaben

• Development of modern backend applications with TypeScript and Node.js, as well as responsibility for critical business services.
• Conceptualization and further development of scalable software architectures, as well as sound technical decision-making.
• Development of cloud-native solutions based on AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modeling future-proof systems.
• End-to-end responsibility for features, from requirements analysis to implementation and deployment to operation.
• Tight collaboration with customers and departments to understand requirements, discuss technical questions, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Fundamental support of the development team through code reviews, mentoring, and the exchange of best practices.
• Ensuring high code quality through testing, refactoring, and continuous improvement of existing applications.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in backend development with TypeScript and Node.js
• Solid practical knowledge of React
• Experience in conceptualizing and implementing modern software architectures, as well as the ability to make sound technical decisions
• Good knowledge of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in direct exchange with customers or departments, as well as the ability to convey technical topics in a comprehensible manner
• First experience in supporting teams professionally, for example through mentoring, code reviews, or exchanging best practices
• High quality standards and a solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise and pleasure in taking responsibility for technical solutions
• Team-oriented personality with open communication and collaborative working style
• Readiness to share knowledge and continuously develop professionally
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
