(Senior) Backend Developer (m/w/d)

For the Dresden location, we are currently looking for an experienced (Senior) Backend Developer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Service-Entwicklung: You develop high-performance, scalable backend services with Go that efficiently process large data loads and operate in a containerized cloud environment. Additionally, you work on creating modern dashboards with React and TypeScript – for optimal user experience.
• API-Konzepte: You plan and implement powerful REST interfaces that enable seamless integration of our services.
• Arbeiten mit Daten: You model relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, Datastore, Redis) and ensure efficient data processing.
• Codequalität & Testing: Automated tests, regular code reviews, and comprehensive quality assurance are part of your standard to ensure the stability of our systems.
• Deployment & Betrieb: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our services – from development to live operation, including monitoring and error correction.
• Cloud-Architektur: You develop and maintain our infrastructure in the cloud – with a focus on services within the Google Cloud platform.
• Security & Datenschutz: The security and integrity of our data are your responsibility – through implementing modern security and data protection measures.

Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung: You have at least 5 years of practical experience in backend development.
• Tech-Skills: Very good knowledge of Go, SQL, and REST API design. Experience with Python, Django, TypeScript, or React is a welcome plus.
• Testing-Know-how: You are experienced in developing automated tests and work quality-conscious.
• DevOps & Infrastruktur: Containerization with Docker is second nature to you, as well as working with modern cloud platforms (ideally GCP).
• Soft Skills: You work structured and independently, actively participate in the team, and value open communication and a collegial atmosphere. Flat structures and short distances say yes? Perfect.
