Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer to architect, scale, and optimize the backend infrastructure powering actual projects and future GTSS applications.
This is a high-impact role for someone who owns API performance, database reliability, and microservice architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Node.js/Express APIs for high-traffic production systems.

• Architect scalable backend services and microservices.

• Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL databases.

• Ensure API reliability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

• Own CI/CD processes and infrastructure best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of backend engineering experience.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent advanced experience.

• Strong ownership mindset; thrives in high-velocity delivery.

• Based in Greece (Athens preferred) or able to work remote → onsite after probation.
