Senior Back-End Engineer (Java / Kotlin)

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Back-End Engineer (Java / Kotlin) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks Development of back-end website applications using Java and/or Kotlin programming languages; Designing, developing, testing and implementing new features and functionalities for existing systems; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new developments into existing systems; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the development and maintenance of software applications; Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers; Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages, with experience in developing scalable and efficient back-end solutions.
