Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a B2B focus, full-time (40 hours/week) in Munich, with 5 days of home office per month, starting immediately.

As a B2B Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will lead our performance team and our network of freelancers and partner agencies. You will be responsible for the channel strategy, budget allocation, and the quality of paid campaigns for our B2B clients on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. In addition to campaign management, you will also personally execute a portion of the projects.

Your most important deliverables will include, in addition to channel strategies per project, reliable weekly reporting, a robust partner network, and the achievement of key project KPIs such as CPL, CAC, the number of qualified leads (MQLs), and the conversion rate (CvR) of corresponding funnels.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Professional leadership of the B2B Performance Team: goal setting, prioritization, quality assurance, and development of colleagues
• Management of our partner network: briefing, quality, and budget control
• Channel strategy and budget allocation per B2B client across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Independent management of performance projects from campaign setup and optimization to client meetings
• Management of creative and content production: briefing of hooks, ad creatives, and landing page content, as well as approval according to campaign goals
• Responsibility for tracking and attribution standards across all accounts, including clean lead transfer into CRM
• Weekly reporting and KPI management across the entire portfolio
• Use of AI tools like Claude for analysis, creative variations, and reporting

Success will be measured by:

• Number and quality of leads generated across the entire client portfolio (MQLs)
• Cost per lead and per acquired customer (CPL, CAC)
• Conversion rate of the managed funnels and landing pages
• Reliability, quality, and utilization of the partner network
• Professional development of colleagues in the team
• Client satisfaction and budget development of managed accounts

Qualifications

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in planning and implementing B2B paid campaigns
• Experience from an agency or a comparable environment
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads for B2B clients
• Prior knowledge of SEO and GEO is desirable, initial experience in AI Ads (ChatGPT) would be a plus
• Experience in professionally guiding and developing colleagues, as well as managing external service providers
• Proficient use of tracking setups, attribution, and reporting tools (Google Tag Manager A4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics)
• Experience in briefing and evaluating creatives and landing page content
• Proficient use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable systems
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, self-directed work style with a passion for numbers and personal benchmarks
• Strong communication skills in direct client contact

Salary:

Depending on your development stage, we have budgeted an annual salary of €60,000 to €68,000 for this position.
