(Senior) B2B Operations Manager (all genders)
Job description
About the Role
As a B2B Operations Manager, you will develop the processes, data flows, and ways of working for our B2B division. You will use data, automation, and AI to reduce manual work and make processes scalable. This will allow the team to focus more on customers, partnerships, and growth.
Our CRM is in the final stages of development. You will take on the functional responsibility for how B2B processes are mapped in the CRM: You will identify bottlenecks in data maintenance and workflows, formulate requirements for structure and automation, and implement new processes together with the involved teams – from mapping lead qualification and onboarding to pricing and condition logic, to partner communication and shop processes.
Your Responsibilities
B2B Processes & Operations (approx. 60%)
- You will take 0-to-1 ownership of our B2B processes, from lead qualification and onboarding to ongoing partner support. Where a clean process does not exist today, you will build one.
- You will be the interface to CRM and Automation: You understand the data flows, identify bottlenecks, and formulate clear requirements that Data & AI and IT will technically implement. CRM hygiene is the foundation for every reliable evaluation for you.
- You will connect Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product for seamless operations with clear responsibilities and drive cross-departmental projects forward.
- You will define and track key KPIs (Conversion Rate, Pipeline Velocity, Lead Quality, Customer Value) and build reporting that gives the team real control intelligence, not data graveyards.
- You will document what works: You will turn best practices into playbooks and SOPs and ensure they are actually used by the team.
- You will be responsible for B2B newsletters and partner communication: You will deliver the right actions to the right partner groups and evaluate their impact (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion).
- You will contribute to the development of our pricing and condition logic and maintain it cleanly in the shop and CRM: commercially sound, consistent, understandable.
- You will manage our B2B shop and the Education Shop: product access, collections, bundles, minor adjustments, and you will support the shop migration.
- You will ensure the quality of our product complete, correct, reliable.
Your Profile
- You have 3-4+ years of experience in a sales organization, commercial/sales operations, strategy consulting, or a scale-up. A background in strategy consulting or business development is a plus.
- Ideally, you have experience with HubSpot and are comfortable working with CRM systems and digital workflows.
- You are a hands-on generalist: You think in terms of processes and systems, implement yourself rather than delegating, and no task is too small for you.
- You have already independently managed complex, cross-departmental projects – from scoping and business case through implementation to embedding them in the team (SOPs, Playbooks, Trainings).
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: You recognize opportunities, prioritize based on impact and scalability, and make well-founded decisions independently.
- You work with a strong analytical approach: You are comfortable working with large amounts of data and spreadsheets and draw clear, actionable conclusions from them.
- You have a high affinity for AI and You have already practically used AI tools in your work and want to make them an integral part of your workflow. You critically evaluate results, experiment with new approaches, and learn quickly.
- You structure functional requirements and translate them into actionable requirements for processes, data, and systems. In doing so, you communicate clearly and appropriately for the target audience within the company.
- You are fluent in German and communicate confidently in English.
What's Important to Us
- Stapelstein is not just a job for you – it's a mission you truly stand behind.

- Challenges don't slow you down – they make you curious.
- You think creatively and entrepreneurially – you find ways where others see obstacles, and you make a real impact in your roles.
- You take genuine responsibility and make decisions with conviction – without anyone having to ask.
- You don't need external structure – you create it yourself.
- You don't use AI just because everyone else is – but because you've understood that it fundamentally changes the way we work.
