(Senior) B2B Marketing Manager Lead Generation (M/W/D)

You will become part of the OMR Marketing Team and specifically part of the division responsible for the year-round expansion of our exhibitor and partner network for the festival. Important for this role: We are not looking for someone who only manages agencies or tools at a high-level. You have profound, practically tested hands-on experience in email marketing as well as in the operational creation, management, and optimization of performance campaigns.

With us, email marketing, performance, and CRM experts sit together – short distances, a lot of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the lead flow for Europe's most relevant business platform from the ground up.

• You develop and manage targeted campaigns to attract new exhibitors for the OMR Festival and year-round partner companies for OMR.
• Together with our Sales Team, you identify relevant target companies and design customized approaches.
• You combine performance ads and email marketing into an effective strategy where owned and paid media interlock.
• You build a scoring model that distinguishes sales quality from pure contact volume.
• You develop nurturing tracks that guide leads from the first touchpoint to sales handover along their buyer journey.
• You write nurturing emails, campaign texts, and sequences yourself and always strike the right tone.
• You coordinate closely with Sales and ensure that Sales only receives leads that are truly ready.
• You are the interface that ensures marketing output actually becomes pipeline – not just contacts on a list.
• You continuously analyze your figures and optimize all campaigns based on data.

• You have several years of professional experience in B2B marketing and have already successfully generated leads.
• You have mastered email marketing as well as performance marketing like LinkedIn Ads and have operated all channels yourself (not just briefed).
• You are very familiar with lead scoring and lead nurturing, and preferably use CRMs like HubSpot for this.
• You take full responsibility for our landing pages and purposefully optimize conversions.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and consistently make your decisions based on real funnel data.
• Ideally, you understand the logic of partners in the event sector and align your campaigns precisely with it.
