Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our software and system engineering team, focusing on Azure API Management and API Management gateways. You will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deploy cloud-native services, and ensure secure, scalable API governance. Responsibilities * Build a robust, scalable, and secure Azure cloud infrastructure. * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications using Azure DevOps. * Automate deployment processes and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates. * Implement and manage API Management solutions, including gateways, policies, and developer portals. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. * Implement and manage security best practices and compliance requirements. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Participate in the on-call rotation to support production systems. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud services. * Strong experience with Azure API Management and its components. * Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps. * Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. * Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. * In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing principles. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. * Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
