Senior Azure Cloud Engineer (gn)

For a commercially successful company based in Hamburg, I am looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer (gn) who will take responsibility for the further development of the Azure platform and wants to actively contribute their ideas.

• You will be responsible for the operation and continuous further development of the group-wide Microsoft Azure environment (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
• You will contribute your ideas to the further development of the cloud strategy and actively participate in technical decisions.
• You will evaluate new technologies, architectures, and migration scenarios and develop future-proof operating concepts.
• You will ensure that security, governance, and compliance requirements are considered in the cloud.
• You will analyze the performance and availability of cloud services and continuously optimize them.
• You will support your colleagues with technical questions and contribute your expertise to exciting infrastructure projects.

• Several years of experience in building, operating, or further developing Microsoft Azure environments
• Sound knowledge of modern cloud infrastructures and the Azure platform
• Experience with cloud architectures and a good understanding of security, governance, and infrastructure topics
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and developing sustainable solutions together as a team
• Very good German and good English skills
