Role Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer (SDET) – Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) Preferred Location: India, Remote Job Description: As a Sr. QA automation engineer, you will own the creation and maintenance of high-quality automated tests for our SaaS product suite using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, develop test plans, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing automated tests using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) • Collaborating with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Developing and maintaining test frameworks and utilities • Troubleshooting and debugging issues in automated tests • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the life sciences sector • Strong understanding of Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) and its ecosystem • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
