About the Role
  • Lead audits from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio, with a strong emphasis on not-for-profit and charitable clients
  • Review audit files and maintain high technical standards across engagements
  • Guide and mentor junior staff to build confidence and capability
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients, providing clear, timely advice
  • Play a role in continuous improvement of internal systems and processes
About You
  • You have 3+ years’ external audit experience in a New Zealand public practice firm
  • You’re confident managing audit engagements from planning to completion
  • You enjoy mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • You communicate well with clients and can provide clear, practical advice
  • CA qualification would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience with Audit Assistant and cloud-based tools is a plus
