About the Role
- Lead high-quality audit engagements across a mix of For Profit and NFP clients
- Plan and execute fieldwork, including client interaction and onsite testing
- Coach junior staff and be a trusted point of contact for clients
- Draft reports and contribute ideas to improve audit processes
- Opportunities for secondments and exposure to complex engagements and varied high-profile assignments
- At least 3 years of external audit current experience within a NZ Big Four or Mid Tier firm dealing with majority For Profit clients
- Currently studying towards CA or equivalent, or close to completion
- Strong experience using CaseWare
- Confident, polished and comfortable being client facing
- Clear communicator with a team focused mindset
- Work life balance - over time is the exception to the rule, not the rule
- Time in lieu for hours worked above 40 hours
- Clear progression framework with six monthly reviews and goal setting
- Work with well known clients that add real weight to your CV
- Social, supportive team culture with team lunches, events and social club

- 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services sector
