Our client is a well established Mid Tier professional services firm based in Auckland CBD, recognised for its strong market presence and loyal client base. The audit function is sizeable, well resourced and led by approachable Partners who are actively involved in developing their people.

About the Role

• Deliver high quality external audit engagements across a predominantly for For Profit client portfolio
• Plan and execute audit fieldwork, including onsite testing and client interaction
• Manage budgets, timelines and workflow across multiple engagements
• Review work, coach junior staff and act as a key point for clients
• Draft reports and contribute to continuous improvement across the audit function

About You

• At least 3 years of external audit experience within a NZ public practice firm dealing with majority For Profit clients
• Currently studying towards CA or equivalent, or close to completion
• Strong experience using CaseWare
• Confident, polished and comfortable in a client facing role
• Clear communicator with a team focused mindset
