Senior Atlassian KI Consultant (m/w/d)

You will support our customers in implementing Atlassian-Tools, designing Confluence-Intranets, and developing Jira-Workflows. Aufgaben

This is what you can expect:

You can support our customers in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, Service Management, etc., depending on your strengths.

• You will lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to expand the functions of Atlassian-Tools through apps and macros.
• You will develop common intranets based on Confluence.
• You will design Jira-Workflows for digitalizing business processes.
• You will advise our customers on selecting and integrating suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
• You will analyze the requirements and business processes of our customers and identify opportunities to use Atlassian-Tools.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have a degree in (Economic) Informatics, Business Administration or a similar field and possess the corresponding training.
• You bring 3-6 months of practical experience in using AI with.
• Your extensive practical experience as a consultant for methodologies and their implementation with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence or other Atlassian tools like Compass, Bitbucket, Focus, Loom
• You place great value on high quality, are engaged, and work independently.
• You have a strong opinion and can convince people to trust you
• You have already successfully completed projects with customers in the German-speaking region and strive to understand and continuously optimize the processes and systems of our customers. You place great value on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
• You enrich our team significantly due to your excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• You possess excellent knowledge of German and English.
• You have interest in an Atlassian certification or already existing certifications that you would like to further develop under our guidance.
• Your experience in independently managing projects as well as project management in the IT environment.
