Senior Atlassian Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer who is as enthusiastic about Atlassian Tools, including Jira and Confluence, Goals, Rovo, as we are. You will support our customers in implementing Atlassian Tools, designing Confluence intranets, and developing Jira workflows. Become our ambassador for Atlassian services and help us find not only products but the best possible solution – one that we would use ourselves.

Aufgaben

This is what you can expect:

You can support our customers in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, Service Management, etc., depending on your strengths.

• You will advise our customers on selecting and integrating suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
• You will analyze the requirements and business processes of our customers and identify opportunities for using Atlassian Tools.
• You will develop collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
• You will design Jira workflows to digitize business processes.
• You will lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to expand the functions of Atlassian Tools through apps and macros.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have a degree in (Business-) Informatics, Business Administration or a similar field successfully completed and possess the corresponding training.
• You possess extensive practical experience in applying Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• You have already successfully implemented projects with customers in the German-speaking region and strive to understand and continuously optimize the processes and systems of our customers. You place great value on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
• You place great value on high quality, are engaged, and work independently..
• You enrich our team significantly due to your strong communication skills and teamwork.
• You possess excellent knowledge in German and English.
• You have an interest in obtaining Atlassian certification or already existing certifications that you would like to further develop under our guidance.
• You have extensive practical experience in managing Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• You have experience in independently steering projects as well as project management in the IT environment.
