Senior Atlassian Confluence Architect (m/f/d)

Your Role

For a demanding role at one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d) who can not only conceptualize architecture on paper but also practically implement technical solutions.

The focus is on the design and implementation of an audit-proof document repository based on Atlassian Confluence. You will combine technical architecture with regulatory requirements and develop a solution that functions scalably, performantly, and securely.

Tasks

• You will design a scalable and secure application architecture based on Atlassian Confluence.
• You will develop a solution for an audit-proof document repository, considering, among other things, GoBD requirements.
• You will analyze complex functional, regulatory, and technical requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions.
• You will implement a technical prototype / Proof of Concept, demonstrating that the developed architecture also works in practice.
• You will analyze complex error patterns and independently develop solution approaches.
• You will deal with performance, scalability, and stability within complex system environments and identify optimization potentials.
• You will evaluate requirements and assist with realistic effort and implementation estimations.
• With your expertise, you will support and coach other technical contacts and developers.
• You will work closely with development, architecture, business departments, and other stakeholders of our client.

Qualification

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or in a comparable technically demanding role
• Very good knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and experience with more complex Confluence-based solutions
• Experience in the design of application and solution architectures
• Ability to not only make architectural decisions but also to technically implement solutions hands-on when necessary
• Experience with performance optimization and error analysis in complex IT environments
• Knowledge in the area of audit-proof document repositories, document management, or regulatory requirements, ideally with reference to GoBD
• Experience in analyzing complex requirements as well as in effort and implementation estimations
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of taking responsibility even with complex technical issues

Benefits

• Future Security:
A permanent employment contract and a 20% subsidy for company pension schemes provide you with stability and security for your future.
• Innovative and Dynamic Work Environment:
We offer you a long-term perspective in a constantly evolving industry with room for personal growth. Through targeted training, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and further your education in the IT world.
• Attractive Remuneration:
We value your performance! Based on your qualifications, we offer you a salary between 60,000 and 85,000 Euros gross per year, depending on professional experience and seniority level.

• Benefits:
Take advantage of our attractive hardware and bike leasing, as well as access to an employee discount portal with 600 well-known companies, and save money.

Why the Role is Exciting

You won't be doing classic Confluence administration here. You will be working on an architecturally and regulatorily demanding solution where your technical experience is truly in demand.

You will have the opportunity to significantly shape a solution from architecture through technical feasibility to implementation, playing a central role as a technical expert in our client's project.
