Roles & Responsibilities : Relevant post-qualification experience as indicated above, preferably from consulting firms or industry roles with exposure to the chemicals and materials sector. Strong expertise in driving operational excellence, industrial transformation and profitability improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodology, process optimization, and change management. Ability to work effectively across functions, industries, and geographies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
