Job description
Do you want to actively shape integrations, develop multiple companies simultaneously, and sustainably scale operational structures? Then we are looking for exactly you, as soon as possible, as:
(Senior) Associate Corporate Development (w/m/d)
As a (Senior) Associate Corporate Development (w/m/d), you will be centrally involved in the implementation of our post-merger integrations and scaling initiatives. You will work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO, taking responsibility for operational implementation across multiple companies. In doing so, you will analyze the performance of our subsidiaries, support the introduction of group-wide standards, and develop scalable structures and processes together with the relevant stakeholders. We need your support for this!
The Arsipa Group is a rapidly growing, PE-backed corporate group in the Health, Safety & Environment sector, supported by Warburg Pincus. With over 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries, and 90 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value creation as part of a clear buy-and-build strategy. Our goal: to become one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as Finance, People, Marketing, and IT at our Berlin location.
Your Responsibilities:
Post-Merger Integration & Management
You will accompany and manage the post-merger integration of new subsidiaries along defined integration phases and milestones.
You will establish and analyze relevant KPIs such as Time-to-Integration, synergies, and operational performance, and make progress transparent.
You will analyze the performance of individual companies and derive concrete measures from this together with the relevant stakeholders.
You will systematically track defined integration and improvement measures and ensure their operational implementation.
Scaling & Operational Further Development
You will implement group-wide standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and governance structures together with our subsidiaries.
You will actively participate in the establishment and further development of a scalable operating model for our growing corporate group.
You will support new companies in their integration into the existing structures, processes, and standards of the Arsipa Group.
You will identify best practices across different companies and translate them into concrete measures for operational scaling.
Stakeholder & Project Management
You will work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling, the COO, and the managing directors of our subsidiaries.
As an interface between central specialist departments and local stakeholders, you will coordinate relevant integration and scaling topics.
You will bring different stakeholders together and ensure clear responsibilities, alignments, and next steps.
You will systematically prepare project progress, areas for action, and relevant decision-making bases, and communicate them transparently to the involved contacts.
Your Prerequisites:
What you bring:
Several years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic-operational environment form your professional foundation.
You have initial practical experience in post-merger integration, transformation, operational scaling, or multi-company setups.
You are characterized by strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics, derive concrete measures, and drive them forward independently.
A pragmatic, implementation-oriented, and self-reliant working style, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills, complete your profile.
What helps you succeed faster:
Experience in a private equity, buy-and-build, or fast-growing corporate environment would be advantageous.
Experience in collaborating with managing directors and various central and local stakeholders is desirable.
Knowledge in the development and implementation of operating models, Standard Operating Procedures, or governance structures would be a plus.
Experience with KPI-based performance management and the derivation and implementation of operational improvement measures would make your onboarding easier.
Our Benefits:
Attractive Work Environment: 30 days of annual leave, half a day off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, a hybrid setup with one home office day per week, and a centrally located office in the Rocket Tower including a gym, directly at the "Kochstraße" subway station.
Direct Proximity to Management: You will work closely with our COO, the Group Head of Integration & Scaling, and the managing directors of our subsidiaries, gaining direct insights into key integration and scaling decisions.
Scope for Design in a Buy-&-Build Platform: You will actively shape integrations, scaling initiatives, operating models, and group-wide standards in a rapidly growing corporate group – supported by Warburg Pincus.
Post-Merger Integration & Operational Scaling: From integrating new companies to KPI and performance analyses, and implementing concrete improvement measures, you will be involved in key initiatives of our buy-and-build strategy.
Cross-Company Impact: You will work concurrently with different subsidiaries, helping to combine local strengths with group-wide structures, standards, and best practices.
