Job Title Senior Associate – Treasury Accounting Function / Department Finance – Treasury & Capital Management Location Bengaluru Reports To Head of Treasury Employment Type Full-time Role Summary The Senior Associate – Treasury Accounting is responsible for end-to-end treasury accounting and investment book management across the RMZ group of entities, including investor entities (CPPIB, MF). The role ensures timely closure of books, accurate accrual and interest accounting for fixed deposits and other investments. It also involves managing cash flows, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the treasury accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. • Perform end-to-end treasury accounting and investment book management across the RMZ group of entities. • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate accrual and interest accounting for fixed deposits and other investments. • Manage cash flows, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks and financial institutions. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. • 3+ years of experience in treasury accounting or a related field. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with treasury accounting software and systems is desirable.
