Senior Associate to Lead – Construction Projects

About the Role: We are working to help transform the lives of children from underprivileged backgrounds by giving them access to a better education. One of the ways we work towards this is by improving the infrastructure in government and low-income schools to provide a better learning environment for the children. The Senior Associate/Lead Associate will be responsible for inspecting the project sites, monitoring progress, and compiling reports on project status. Primary responsibilities include: • Inspecting project sites to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications; • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues; • Compiling reports on project status and providing recommendations for improvement; • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in construction project management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
