You will be based in Sydney as part of our national Tax team which also includes lawyers in our Melbourne Tax practice. Working principally in income tax, you will work closely with our Partners and the wider team to utilise your skills and experience to deliver high-quality results for our clients. Your role will involve working on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raisings, as well as providing advice on income tax matters. You will also have the opportunity to work with other teams within Allens, such as our Corporate Advisory team, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
