As a Senior Associate Strategy & Operations (m/f/d), you will work on business-critical initiatives to optimize lead steering and booking processes. Your focus will be on specifically addressing drop-offs in the funnel, developing alternative sales funnels, and making operational processes along the booking journey measurable and more efficient. The role combines strategic analysis with consistent, hands-on implementation and offers high impact on revenue and conversion.

Your tasks:

• Conception and implementation of lead steering mechanics for optimal distribution and prioritization of leads

• Development and testing of drop-off products for reactivating lost leads

• Building and scaling alternative sales funnels

• Analysis and optimization of booking and closing processes to increase conversion rates and turnaround times

• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product, including with our CPO and CSO

• Definition, tracking, and interpretation of relevant funnel and performance KPIs

• Identification of process inefficiencies as well as derivation and implementation of concrete improvement measures

Your Profile

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment

• Very good academic background, e.g., in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable quantitative degree programs

• Relevant prior experience with demonstrable impact, ideally in management consulting, venture capital / private equity, venture building, start-ups / scale-ups

• Strong hands-on mentality with operational implementation experience

• Ideally, exposure to sales and/or marketing, especially in a funnel or performance context

• Ideally, you develop yourself with AI (Vibe Coding is sufficient) or have already successfully implemented AI solutions.

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
