The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the alternative investments sector. You should be able to analyze complex financial data, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigating them. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
