A leading New Zealand project management law firm is seeking a senior commercial property lawyer to join their Auckland team. The firm is recognised for top-tier work across private and public sectors, operating as one large collaborative team without billing hours or budgets. The Role
This strategic hire will support the growth and capability of the Auckland real estate team. You will work across commercial property transactions, leasing, development agreements, and investment projects. There is significant exposure to high-profile corporate and public clients, with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to shaping the team.

The Role
This strategic hire will support the growth and capability of the Auckland real estate team. You will work across commercial property transactions, leasing, development agreements, and investment projects. There is significant exposure to high-profile corporate and public clients, with opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to shaping the team.
About You
- Senior Associate level (7+ PQE) or Principal
- Strong experience in commercial property, development projects, sales and purchase agreements, and leasing
- Exposure to high-value corporate and public sector clients
- Experience in forestry or development projects is desirable but not essential
- Practical, commercially minded and able to work collaboratively with a dynamic team
- Corporate and institutional clients
- Development projects
- Property investment and joint ventures with public and private organisations
- Top-tier quality work without billing pressure

- 25 days’ annual leave for Senior Associate level and above
