The Opportunity A leading New Zealand project management law firm is seeking a senior commercial property lawyer to join their Auckland team. The firm is recognised for top-tier work across private and public sectors, operating as one large collaborative team without billing hours or budgets. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex property and development projects, with direct access to senior partners and a clear pathway to partnership. The Role This strategic hire will support the growth of the firm's real estate practice by providing expert legal advice to clients across various sectors. Key responsibilities include: • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasing, and development projects. • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver complex property projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other professionals. • Staying up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for clients. • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the firm's real estate practice.
