Position: Senior Associate, Operations (RMG) Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Bangalore/Pune Note: We are looking for someone who can join us within 30 Days Role Overview We are looking for a Workforce Manager with strong expertise in technical workforce planning and HR operations to manage demand–supply alignment across engineering and digital teams. The role requires deep collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology leadership to ensure availability of skilled resources in Salesforce.com. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps. • Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. • Analyze and interpret workforce data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including hiring managers, HR, and Technology leadership. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve workforce planning and operations processes.
