Senior Associate (m/f/d) Restructuring with a focus on Financing

When financing, strategy, and law need to come together, it depends on people who can maintain an overview. 

We advise our clients with a clear focus on what is achievable: from early crisis detection and restructuring of financing to StaRUG structures, through to complex M&A and carve-out processes. We combine legal precision with economic understanding and work closely with our experts from Corporate, M&A, Tax Advisory, and Auditing. 
For our growing restructuring team, we are looking for you as a Senior Associate (m/f/d) with a focus on financing. You will work directly with clients and financing partners, take on responsibility early on, and actively contribute to shaping demanding solutions. 

• You advise companies, shareholders, and financing partners in crisis and restructuring situations.
• You supportpre-insolvency restructurings, especially StaRUG proceedings.
• You design and negotiate restructuring agreements as well as loan and financing agreements.
• You support M&A transactions with a focus on financing law.
• You assume your own client responsibility and actively contribute to the further expansion of our restructuring division.

• Fully qualified lawyer with above-average exam results
• Min. four years of professional experience in restructuring or insolvency advice
• Entrepreneurial and economic understanding
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Team player with a confident demeanor and enjoyment of client contact
• Strong affinity for digital working methods and new technologies, as well as the willingness to further develop their use in client work
• Very good English skills
