About the Position: Are you an Associate or Senior Associate who enjoys getting to the heart of disputes and resolving them efficiently?

This role sits within a thriving Motor & Property Recoveries practice where you’ll manage a busy caseload of recoveries files—predominantly involving motor vehicle damage, minor property loss, and subrogated claims. These matters are fast-moving, so it’s ideal for a lawyer who thrives in a high-volume, litigation-focused role.

You’ll work directly with an approachable and highly experienced Partner known for developing lawyers and encouraging autonomy. From the early assessment of liability through to settlement negotiations or court appearances, you’ll be empowered to lead files and build trusted client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years post-admission in insurance litigation or commercial disputes
• Experience with recovery or motor/property claims highly desirable
• Solid litigation knowledge and confidence handling court procedures
• Strong client service approach and attention to legal detail
• A self-starter who can juggle multiple matters with confidence
