What you will be doing : Own and drive deep engagement, value and services for Shopline merchants Renew and retain merchants, meeting or exceeding targets Coach merchants to grow their business by partnering with them on goal development, and providing custom and structured recommendations to achieve those goals. Identify areas for improvement, including opportunities for product adoption and implementing new Shopline features; recommending ways to best utilise Shopline's solutions. Support the growth of our merchant base through proactive outreach, account management, and strategic planning. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, internal teams, and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the merchant experience. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to merchant inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring timely resolution of any concerns. Analyze data and metrics to measure performance against targets and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Drive innovation and experimentation through testing new ideas, iterating on existing solutions, and exploring emerging technologies.
