About Department The Legal department at TresVista is responsible for ensuring agreements entered into with its clients, vendors and third parties are compliant with TresVista’s contracting requirements, applicable local regulations as well as providing advisory support to stakeholders, research into applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates, negotiating terms of engagement with vendors and drafting legal documents as required by the company. The Role & Responsibilities: The Senior Associate - Legal will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, conducting research on applicable laws and regulations, providing advisory support to stakeholders, negotiating terms of engagement with vendors, drafting legal documents as required by the company, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: • Conducting research on applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates • Providing advisory support to stakeholders on contractual agreements and compliance matters • Negotiating terms of engagement with vendors and drafting legal documents as required by the company • Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and providing guidance on contractual obligations • Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification • 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations in geographies where TresVista operates • Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
