Senior Associate, Investor Relations (Private Equity)

Reporting to the Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:

• Support quality control of daily deliverables in line with company policies on investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash.
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation.
• Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models, maintaining compliance with fund terms.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check-ins, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
• Assist management with departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.
