Location: Bangalore About the Team The Treasury - Investments team at Navi is responsible for managing the company’s treasury with a focus on ensuring liquidity, managing financial risk, and overseeing day-to-day banking operations. The team also plays a critical role in creating and executing investment strategies to optimize returns. About the Role The payments operations role focused on managing end-to-end payment experiences, ensuring accurate reconciliations, resolving transaction issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s payment systems, including processing and settling transactions, monitoring and reporting on payment performance, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
