(Senior) Associate, Fund Operations/Accounting (12 months contract) with a renowned PE Firm

Has at least 2 years of related fund operations experience gained with a fund service provider firm or a buy side investment/asset management firm Good knowledge in accounting and operations for investments products including private equity funds (evergreen and close-end) Knowledge and/or experience in transfer agency process is good to have Have good knowledge about Singapore fund structures (Singapore Variable Capital Company VCC, Singapore Private Limited, SG limited partnerships and unit trusts) Familiarity with accounting software such as Excel, QuickBooks, and/or other accounting systems is an advantage Familiarity with financial data and reporting systems is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
