Senior Associate-Fund Accounting

Key responsibilities Reconciliation of transactions and Valuation KPIs of portfolio investments and flagging the breaks Periodic preparation and review of Cash, Income, Expenses, NAV, and debt trackers of various private credit funds along with maintaining accuracy of SEC financials and reports. Daily tracking of live cash balance and transaction, loan notices and investment to reconcile Reconciling the Capital Account Statement with Monthly Notices and updating the documents. Review of Management Information System (MIS) reports for any discrepancies or anomalies. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams such as Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Maintenance of accounting records and ledgers in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Review and analysis of financial statements and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Provision of training and support to junior team members on accounting principles, procedures, and systems.
