Senior Associate – Finance Transformation, Accounting (M&A)

Our team of experts partners with clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive business results. We are seeking a Senior Associate – Finance Transformation, Accounting (M&A) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide accounting and financial analysis support for M&A transactions; Assist in the preparation of financial models, due diligence reports, and other transaction-related materials; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies; Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with financial modeling software (e.g. Excel, Financial Modeling Guide); Experience working on M&A transactions is preferred but not required.
