(Senior) Associate Finance (m/f/d)

We are a boutique consulting firm based in Hamburg with a second location in Bremen, combining mandates like those from large firms with the short distances of a small law firm. Our areas of expertise lie in the three fields of Tax, Finance, and Restructuring. Our profile lies in the interdisciplinary interplay of technical know-how and in-house competence, as well as in restructuring and insolvency tax law — especially in advising medium-sized and larger corporate clients.

Tasks

What is there to do?

Together with our team, you will support medium-sized companies, corporations, and companies in special situations with challenging matters in the Finance area. You can look forward to these topics:

• You will support the preparation or advising on demanding individual or consolidated financial statements.
• You will advise companies on IFRS-related questions.
• With your expertise, you will also support companies in crisis, possibly in restructuring or insolvency cases.
• You will work closely with our corporate clients and support their internal accounting.

Qualification

Who are we looking for?

• You have already gained initial experience in auditing or accounting-related consulting.
• You enjoy dealing with challenging matters in international accounting, consolidation, or reporting.
